1. Conditions for Return | রিটার্ন করার শর্তাবলী

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The original tags, invoice, and packaging must be intact.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as innerwear or personal care products are non-returnable.

- পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত এবং ধোয়া মুক্ত (Unused & Unwashed) হতে হবে।
- পণ্যটির সাথে থাকা অরিজিনাল ট্যাগ, ইনভয়েস এবং প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।
- স্বাস্থ্যবিধিগত কারণে কোনো ধরনের হাইজিন পণ্য (যেমন: অন্তর্বাস) বা পার্সোনাল কেয়ার আইটেম রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।
2. Return & Exchange Process | রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়া
EN: If you receive a faulty product or the wrong size, please contact us immediately. Once the product reaches our office, we will verify it and either send a replacement or initiate a refund. BN: যদি আপনি ভুল সাইজ বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পেয়ে থাকেন, তবে সরাসরি আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। পণ্যটি আমাদের অফিসে পৌঁছানোর পর আমরা তা যাচাই করে নতুন পণ্য পাঠিয়ে দেব অথবা রিফান্ড নিশ্চিত করব।
